I am looking at getting one from Granger, even though I live in MI, seemed like a pretty good price, I think around $2,600 or so, for a 23, 10 year, 75K miles, I do not drive the beast a ton.
I feel sorry for anyone in the rear seats, I have no issue in the winter in the front, I do have the fan a little higher than i normaly would, it is not a great HVAC system compared to other vehicles-

In MI a Dealer has a maximum time of 30 days to file the DMV paperwork without penalties- They should have given you copies of the signed paperwork, Tile signed over, I would send that to your Secretary of state office and file a complaint. That is Free!!
My 2.3 makes more noise on cold days, below 40 or so, not a real fan of the sound of the little engine, but it performs fine for me and has been problem free for a year.
