Dealer called me in and stated the Sync update is ready and got it all rebooted this morning. All fixed up and showing the song and artist as it should. Been fighting this since July!

No we have not. It is going to the Dealer Friday for something else and they are going to look at it. If you search it they have had this issue on other models like the F150. Something to do with the sync module.
