Mine was a funny āfailureā. Started with Discount Tire transferring my sensors and tires over to new wheels. Went down to Baja for a 7 day trip. Starting the second day, the sensor failed. Then around 2 hours later it came back on, very weird. It basically continued to do that for the day until...
Yeah, Iām at the bringing it to the dealer stage. Have an appointment next week. Tried everything, nothing worked. Iām under extended warranty, so it should be painless, lol. Once again thank you for all the help you have given me and others on here!!!
I always ask this about guys wanting suspension. Whatās your budget? Buy Once Cry Once.
I recommend ICONās Stage 8 setup. The billet Stage 8 is roughly $8K +. It has everything youāll need. Electronically controlled shocks which you set by your iPhone. UCAs, Upper & Lower Rear control links...
No Bronco produced has memory seating. Or ventilating / cooling seats. Just the way it is, itās been brought up many times. I remember someone saying that since the doors are removable, Ford couldnāt do it. Lame excuse, but it is what it is.
Sounds great, but in the back of my mind, Iām thinking how could that possibly work with regards to insurance premiums? Canāt see how that can be allowed?
Same with me, ā22 OBX. Added Baja a few years ago, didnāt delete any, didnāt lose any. Has to be on the newer models, but donāt know why they would do that?
For me, and I love my OBX, I set it up well to run Baja, I would start over and get a a BRaptor. They werenāt available when I bought mine in ā22. Iād still change a lot on it though, lol.
I got the extended warranty, basically for electronics. I mean the ESP covers roughly everything, but Iāve changed out / upgraded my suspension, UCAs, links, trac bar, etc. But electronics always scares me if something goes wrong. Info screen, gauges, window motors, lock motors, seat motors...
I just pull them out of my Bronco or F150 Raptor, spray them down, if really dirty might use a light scrub brush. After spraying, I let them dry in the sun. And the sun is strong in Tucson! No warping, no curled edges, nothing. I said it before in this thread, 3W are the best mats out there!
Looks great!!! But Iāve always wondered what you stated, how they would hold up in real world testing. Branches scraping them, mud buildup, rock kick up.
