Was poking around on ZFGracing and found that Suncoast is now offering complete rebuild kits up to stage 3 for the 10r60 and an upgraded torque converter. Not the cheapest upgrade, but good to know they are available. Also saw that fueling upgrades are available now as well.
Started the process of relocating the fuel tank to the rear. Capacity is 17gal same as stock. This will allow for a true triangulated 4link setup. Also it allows for trail repair of a fuel pump without dropping the tank. The bottom of the tank sits flush with the bumper. Also picked up a muffler...
Would anyone happen to know a resource for part numbers? I'm looking for the part numbers for the male and female pigtail connectors for the fuel tank harness highlighted below. I'm extending the fuel tank harness for my rear mounted fuel tank and would like to make a "plug and play" harness...
Cracked a weld and bent the driver side upper trailing arm mount at Windrock this weekend. Time to reinforce the mounts I guess. This is on a 2023 2dr. Noticed after the third trail, the drive shaft would make contact with the fuel tank skid, the contact would get worse and worse. Found the axle...
Finally got around to coating the exterior. Went with Monstaliner Grabber Blue bedliner. It turned out better than I thought it would. Prepped Friday, coated Saturday, cured on Sunday and finished the door jambs.
Just wanted to pass along the info I received from Tom Woods Driveshafts. At this time they are not going to be designing or releasing drive shafts for the 6g Bronco. A bummer for sure. Seems that Spicer and Ford are in cahoots lol. Maybe in the future things will change.
Iāll be picking up one of these kits later this week. The price is right, less than $300 for a solid solution. They also do custom lengths. Seems to be pretty stout, 1 3/4ā x.120 DOM tubing. Iāll report back once I get them welded up and installed...
Anyone going to the Labor Day Showdown this weekend? Coming up from NC, would be cool to roll with some other Broncos.

Picked up this beauty back in February. Wasted no time getting it dirty and testing out the capabilities. Decided since day one that it was going to be a ātrail truckā. Been busy adding and testing different combos.
Updated***Build list so far:
-ARB diff skid
-LOD Transmission Skid

Iām a cheap, impatient person, therefore I decided to make my own āwash outā floor. Why the hell does Ford make an off-road vehicle with carpet floors as standard equipment!?! Iām tired of waiting on Armorlite and Iām not shelling out 6-700 to piece it together from Ford. So⦠for little over...
Had a little damage this weekend at Uwharrie. I have the ARB full skids installed on my 2 door. Transfer case skid got put to use. I will say that the skid did its job, protected the transfer case and still has room between the case and skid. If I was using the ford stamped steel skids it would...
Took the bronco out to Uwharrie National forest this weekend. The Bronco performed flawlessly, even tackling the more difficult trails Dickie Bell and the front side of Daniel. Once I get 37s I will be taking on the Gatekeeper
