Check Engine Light comes on...
Shop Tech: Must have a vacuum leak.
6 months and 10 miles of vacuum hoses later...
Shop Tech: Nope just a loose gas cap! That'll be $5000 in labor + $25 for the gas cap.
Just figured I'd check in.
I have my signed order confirmation from Granger as of Tuesday.
Now the long wait begins (likely very long since I have an Oct Res).

Yeah, I know they talked about that way back when but I haven't heard anything about it recently. That's why I was wondering if maybe it was a "Coming Soon" feature or if maybe it was scrapped all together.
KOH would have been a great chance to showcase the record, review, and share features...
So with all of the build in cameras on the Bronco, is there a way to hook up a hard drive or something and use them to record? For that matter is there any way to set them up to use like the Tesla cameras so that they are always recording on a cycling loop to help catch people messing with your...
Cyber Orange is the one thing I am worried about right now. When I asked Mike about it on twitter he response was they are bringing new colors to 22 and some colors would have to leave, but it wouldn't say CO is leaving.
My hope is that if Ford is going to drop CO for MY22 then maybe they will...
So there has been speculation that the rail may be gone all together or part of a package. So I asked and got the very typical “more to come” response but I think the positive take away is that the rail is still coming and that it is for sure supposed to be picatinny sizing.
It may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but I used to sell for Nissan and Mazda. Both had dealer allocation between 3-6 months prior to the units arriving on dealer lots. During allocation we were allowed to place orders but everything was ordered for what management wanted on lot. If a...
Talk to your dealer about holding the Bronco on site until you make it back to pick it up.
I worked for a local motorcycle shop and we sold a lot of bikes to people that were deployed. We would get a call or email about what they wanted. Once the specific bike was sorted out we took a small...
I switched to the Granger October deal on Oct. 1st. More time to save some extra cash for a down payment plus my current car pays off at the beginning of 2022.
I have already come to terms with the fact that I won't be getting my rig till mid 22 at this point, I'm more stoked that they put a number to the FordPass rewards offer at this point. $300 total towards accessories sounds good to me.
From what we have seen the BD in these pictures does have the steel rear bumper. If you look closely the steel bumper has textured ridges on the top side, whereas, the plastic rear bumper on the WT has a smooth top side.
Wichita local, born and raised.
I always prefer to keep things local as much as possible but neither Mel's or Rusty Eck seemed to want to have anything to do with the Bronco when I went to ask. So I currently have my reservation with Granger and couldn't be happier.

Can confirm emails are going out. I just received mine. Google sorted it into my "Promotions" folder so make sure to check all around if you don't see it right away. Sender name is listed as "Ford Bronco" and the subject line is just "Bronco Order."
Oh look... Half Doors!
Also with the numbers that companies like 5-Star Tuning are getting out of the 2.7 EcoBoost is it really worth the price considering the potential negatives. If I want more power (babeh) then I'll the Bronco tuned and still have a better on road and off-road all around...
I actually went on a rant about this to my friend recently. The problem is multi-factor. Boring colors are offered because they are what sells... because they are what dealerships order. I sold for Nissan for a few years and my manager refused to order yellow on the Xterra because “no one buys...
