After the second time, I think I got it. And yes, I did research this time and saw Ranger wheels would work.
OR maybe I’ll throw on the TuRD Pro wheels I never got around to mounting on my wife’s Lexus.
Well, that is a little disappointing but no big deal. Thanks for setting me straight.
I thought both shared the 6 x 5.5 pattern (which is same as Toyotas I've owned).
I'm still all about that base, but the silver steelies look better with a lighter color. I'll probably swap them out for some take-offs from a F150 anyways.
Please don't, no more transplants! ;)
I love seeing this generation Mustang GT and the Bronco next to each other. At one time, we had both a 2012 Mustang GT and a FJ Cruiser (replaced by the GX). I just love big round headlights.
I get that. I don’t want to exceed $30k because I’ll also be paying for kids college tuition in 5 years! So, need to balance how much I keep saving.
Possibly, not sure your point. I’m interested in capability and not style. I’ll put on and it’ll increase ground clearance from 8.4 to 10 inches.
8.4 inches is more than my wife’s GX460 when we bought it new...never gotten hung up, maybe scrapped the hitch a little.
This with a slightly taller...
Not too me, at least not the 2-door. I want to get back to basics, and this is perfect for me.
I’ll run the highway tires from Granger in Iowa back to my home in Idaho, and then swap over some slightly taller all-terrains.
I’m going base. All I really need and want. 2-door top off cruising around town and in the foothills, back road and ghost town exploring with just the wife.
We’ve got the land yacht that doesoff-roading and highway driving well. But it’s not cool.
Also, the best early Broncos are the...
Sounds like you need a GX460 and maybe a sawzall. The GX is a beast off road and aside from a terrible infotainment system, the cabin is a nice place to be on any drive.
I thought each trim level had a different first number (2xx, 3xx, 4xx, etc) associated, it’s been a while since I’ve looked a the order forms. Maybe that’s why they’re slowly switching to base, mid, high for each trim.
I built exactly what I wanted and it was exactly what I expected. $30k base 2-door with insulated top and modular bumper. I’ll just get a Honda Fit instead.
