Well, they gave me 34,400 for my FJ, which I paid 34,600 for 7 yrs previously, right before I got the Bronco so I have no problem with those parasites.
Carvana offer was 40k for my 21 4 dr Badlands 2.7/Lux with 33k miles.
Carmax said they "need to see the vehicle" to make an offer.
I guess the party is over for those great offers of just 2 years ago.
I have it at the dealer to replace the backup camera harness under warranty and they're saying it's due for 30k fuel injector and air induction system service... when I pull up the maintenance schedule on the app all I see is replace the air filter and check a bunch of things. Dealership bs?
Whenever an old guy compliments the Bronco I do the "Hes gonna mention it needs a v8 in 3-2-..."countdown in my head. They never disappoint, and they always seem shocked when I say that means nothing to me.
Gilboy Ford, Whitehall Pa, MSRP - although the woman trying to sell extended warranties/add-ons was extremely pushy, had to say no 3 different times....I asked about Xplan and they said no.. And my free headliner was nowhere to be seen, but I knew that when I called and the sales manager said...
Other than the Bronco and Mustang, I have no use for Ford. That's not a brand smear that's just me saying nothing else they have appeals to me. Make something I like and I'll buy it, no matter who the manufacturer is. Loyalty is for family and friends, not corporations that could give a hoot...
Im sorry to hear your dealer has joined the Scum of the Earth Club.
I dont have a dog in this fight as I already have mine - but has anyone with a signed purchase agreement later been told they would have to pony up ADM? It seems many think a signed purchase agreement is Written In Stone and/or...
Kind of related, - had my bucket truck at work stuck in mud up to the axles and coworker pulled me out with mule tape. Truck weighs 16,000 lbs, we just triple wrapped the mule tape and I got right out. Looks like some sort of decorative ribbon, stuff is amazing.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. It's more quiet inside than my FJ was, but that mightve been because my Duratracs were near the end of their life... but still, no complaints here.
Good deal!
They offered me 30 for my FJ and Carvana offered 34......on the other hand Ive heard some say they got better offers from CarMax.........moral of the story - well, I'm not sure there is one.
