Excited to see where your build goes! I also see you have the infamous trailer tow with LUX, 2.7, and a 4dr!! I have FE 4dr with no trailer tow . I'm pretty sure your build is the closest match. Be curious on what wiring it has under it.
Canāt wait to see what you guys will have to offer! I have your Stage 5 suspension and Vector wheels on my 14 F-150 and can be more pleased with it all! I will preach you guys all day long when it come to quality.
The quality looks super nice. The only negative review I could give it is that the packaging isn't the greatest. Tons of scratches all over it from just being loosely packaged. I run a Ford parts ecommerce site and I don't look forward to shipping these out because of this lol.
In the picture you'll see a lever at the top left. You just rotate this and this will latch the lid down, there is a lever on each side. There is enough tension on the arm so it won't rattle unlocked while driving.
I'm thinking about making a MDF add in floor that will attach at the anchor points for the D-rings in the floor. Once I do this it will allow for me to mount the slide to the MDF floor so I don't have to drill into the body. The slide from DFG Offroad shows it only adds a 1" of height + 3/4"...
Exactly why I want it! I occasionally have my laptop bag and other items I donāt people to help theirselves to. I want to be able to have fun with the top and doors off but yet be secure.
They say this doesn't work with the drawer system, that be said if there is a will there is a way.
I'm planning the same idea with the ARB fridge. With rough dimension it should fit. Having access to pretty much all the accessories I have one on order to test fit. I am also going to be getting...
Itās been in the accessory catalog for awhile. This is actually the one they used on the Overland build. The deluxe raised lid is for the 4 Door only.
Exterior size: 51.25W x 34.5D x 22.5H
Interior: 40.5W x 31.5Dish x 22H
Usable interior space is hard to judge without being installed.
If you take a look at this pic there is a L shaped bracket that pivots into the rack to secure it(there is one on both sides). They have enough tension that they wonāt rattle open going dow the road. There isnāt a lock or anything.
I saw this the other day and love them! I need to reach out to Bryan with Icon to see when they think theyāll be available for the Bronco. Have Icon wheels on my F-150 and love them!
Recently received the raised lid Tuffy enclosure (VM2DZ-78115A00-D). All together was pretty impressed with the system. I really like how it has the gas shocks to help hold the lid open. Iām sure this will allow better access if items are stored further back in the cargo area. Also really likes...
Iām a Wholesale parts manager at a Kansas City Ford dealer. Iāve ordered a hitch hitch thru our FAD(Ford Authorized Dealer) and they told me they have had them on order since April and havenāt received them yet. Iām in the same boat with my FE. We have a square back off road camper that we need...
