Call up the Ford Marketing Department contact number 800-334-4375. I gave them the situation about my reservation not updating, that's when the rep was able to tell me the order is separate from the reservation because the dealer didn't order under the reservation.

Come to find out the Dealer did not tie my order to my reservation. They treated it like just an order off the street. So online the reservation is basically wasted and my order is separate.

So I've made my order through the dealer and have the printed out DORA with order number since October but Fords site still shows its ready to configure and order. Ford marketing contact even confirmed its a code 19 order. What is up with the horrible website taking?

I did my order conversion with the dealer and have the order paperwork. When you say "confirmed by the customer" would this not mean submitting the order at the dealer? I received my e-mail from Ford stating my Bronco was confirmed. I want to make sure there wasn't more I am suppose to do...

I had my order converted from a MY21 to MY22, previously I had a a priority code 19 on my MY21, but with my MY22 it is a code 99. Is this code on all MY22 orders until they actually start production in December time?
