Obviously life happens and everyone has things they have to do, but it seems that it would be a priority to have the most knowledgeable staff available for this. Or at least communicate that...

As long as the dealer is honest, communicates well and does what they say they are going to do (and when they say they're going to do it), I also don't mind paying a little bit more to stay local. Emphasis on a little bit more. :)

Bumping this thread as we’re getting closer to year end and “order season.” I’m currently at Felix Sabates with my reservation. Initial contact was great but I’m curious how it’s all going to play out. Anyone else have additional input or experience with them?
