I found this thread here on a similar issue a Bronco 6G user was having. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident, I just hope I can convince my dealer to work with me on this one with Ford. :(

Oddly enough (perhaps I am an outlier here) but compared to my 2000 Wrangler and my 2006 Highlander, My 2021 Bronco IS A LUXURY VEHICLE to me. Never have had Carplay, a 12" Screen, etc. Ignorance is bliss.
