To oversimplify: those are lease residual values ... or in other words, the contractual value of the car after the term of the lease. Higher the number, the less the depreciation. Even if not leasing, should be a good guide as to [what the bank thinks] the value will be after a few years.

I reserved a base by accident, not realizing you picked a trim level during reservation.

The problem with "flipping" w/in a short amount of time is paying taxes - will dig into your profit immensely. Unless the play is having the new buyer buy directly from dealer and pay you extra?
