I got the update and currently on a trip, pulled the Bronco about 1000 miles over the last week with no issues . Have not pulled any fuses but have been keeping a close eye on things , so far so good!
Your right, something changed and my guess is that it has nothing to do with your Brake Buddy setup. Sometimes while my Bronco is parked in the garage many hours after being driven it will suddenly start a series of relays clicking. I've even had this happen after being parked overnight, it's...
I've never had mine come loose with the double nut but will stop after 50 miles or so to check and retighten everything after hitch has had a chance to settle in. After that all is good, I'll check it now and then during a trip but have never found it loose, works really good holding everything...
Ranbronc, I've used Roadmaster quiet hitch with really good luck for taking slack out of hitch. They make them for 2' as well as for 2.5" receivers. Another option is to run short weld beads on all sides of the receiver, then with your grinder keep grinding down the weld until you have a nice...
All will still work with cord connected to your coach as 12 volt is now coming from coach. You don't want the the power coming from Bronco battery as you would end up with a dead battery so when in tow mode they are disabled as Grant was pointing out.
M&G Engineering brake system is another system that will work with no EBB. I have been using their brake system on several vehicles over the last 20 years. Once installed, never once had a problem. Just ordered one for the Bronco and will be installing it soon.

My 2 door Badlands is optioned with LUX, Leather, Tow & PPF. Glad I held out for everything I wanted with the exception of the Mod top.

Probably not but I don't know for sure, hopefully someone who knows will chime in. If concerned about them being scuffed up just remove them before taking to tire shop. Worse case scenario the tire guy is not sure either so decides to remove them probably damaging a handful of bolts in the...
