Glad it worked for you...Mine has not played that trick again...but...I do sometimes have issues moving from car play to regular or satellite radio..but just cycling the power switch solves that.
Enjoy!
I frequent the Target near Gartrell in Saddle Rock (SE Aurora)...I've been enjoying being the only Bronco in the neighborhood for the last 4 months (that i've seen)...I recently have seen four Broncos, two velocity blue...one with a white top...and a white bronco..and a cactus gray...saw two of...
I attended the Las Vegas offroadeo yesterday...had a great time and learned a lot about the Bronco. Well worth it. I live in Denver, and would have preferred Moab but didn't have a lot of time to spare...was faster for me to fly into vegas than drive to Moab.
You can easily stay on the...
I never had the problem after it resolved the first time. I did have some minor glitches once or twice with it losing volume after switching from a carplay function to the base radio...but turning it on and off at the switch always solved. If you've never had volume, you likely have a...
If you had ordered a hard top '21, and then later switched to soft; ford provided a prep kit for the hard top...from my monroney...SOFT TOP, CLOTH W/PREP KIT. What they didn't tell me was it was...for discussion, a 2K option to buy with the bronco, and 4-5K through parts...that's what's...
Wow! Sounds comforting! bet it gives you a warm fuzzy about the electronics!
Definitely is not what I had. with mine it was as if the power amp as turned off so there was no gain...so no audio...rest seemed fine. still no idea why this happened, but it's been a month so I'm willing to...
Hi, This resolved after pulling the fuse on my unit...see further up the thread.. I haven't had a problem in over a month now. If you are still interested in reviewing the issue, I'd be happy to chat. Not sure how to send a private message on this board. Please let me know how if you would...
different problem then what I had...for me, master reset didn't do anything...tried it 3 times. I also never had a black screen...mine looked fine...just no sound at all...warnings, radio, etc. Im thinking you have a hardware issue...unfortunately that means dealer. Let them diagnose it and...
If you disconnected the battery, you basically did the same thing as removing the fuse....except...you removed every fuse in the car. The under hood battery compartment is for engine functions. the fuse box you are looking for is under the steering wheel on the left side. That is for the...
Yes, pulled the fuse and put it back in. I did examine it to make sure it wasn't blown, but just plugged it back in correct on the accessory power. turned it on, wiated turned it back off...plugged it in, tested, worked, closed the panel
Good luck! panel under the steering wheel is snug...but it does hinge down...hopefully it fixes you...I haven't had the problem since then. At least this let's you stay out of the dealer.....but seriously looking at my fordpoints to buy the extended warranty.
Fixed...found the fuse box under the steering column, left vertical row, 20A fuse about 4 down.. Removed, cycled the accessory switch to power up the rest of the center console (no idea if I had to do that or not), replaced the fuse...all works fine now....although all radio settings were lost...
Thank you! Yes I did find this and try it...no luck. Looks like we have the same build...except mines not a sasquatch....love it...but want the tunes back!
Took my two week old Bronco up to the mountains Thursday night...good news is I came home in a blizzard, and the Bronco was really pretty incredible in 4-12" or road snow...4WD high in slippery mode...really confidence inspiring.
Bad news is the Synch 4 screen works, will pair with the iphone...
mine is finally ready to pick up today...had my bank UPS a check...UPS lost check...now says it won't be there til Friday after dealer closes...it's always something...
