I had the issue of it connecting and getting stuck at 'loading' but not showing up in the application. Replacing the cable fixed that issue for me. The Micro-usb cable it came with wasnt connecting properly. I would go to device manager and see if the device is showing up at all under the USB...

I actually ordered Oxford White because of how white paint looks wrapped in Xpel Stealth. I'm sure that someone else will do it long before my Wildtrak comes in 2045.
