Funny Story. I have a 2 Door Badlands and my wife has a Bronco Sport Badlands. Originally, she didn't like the full size Bronco but really liked the Ford infotainment system and seats. Last fall, as the weather was getting worst, I noticed that she tended to "steal" my Bronco to go to work more...
Love it! I went the same route. Even amongst my friends, I have several that don't like the orange however, I think it's a great contrast and it's easy to find matching accessories like hard shackles.
I have all the "trail armor" including the hood deflector. Put it on as soon as I got the Bronco and its been holding for almost a year now. I like it, it seems to keep bugs and trail rocks from hitting the hood or windshield. More importantly it occasionally deflects brush and branches while...
Running about 23 weeks since I ordered my Badlands BYOD as well. Haven't heard anything from AR since August 2nd and in that email they said that they were anticipating them to be ready to ship towards the last half of Sept. They do make really quality and unique products so... captive audience...
I was on the pre-order for the mount and installed it along with the ARB twin as soon as I received it. I keep the spare tire covered if I'm not using the compressor so I guess that keeps some of the dirt and dust from accumulating around the unit and the design of the spare tire mount already...
The sub 230 mile range in town is my complaint. I can deal with the terrible MPG, Obviously an off-roader with the drag coefficient of a toaster oven, like the bronco, is not an economical vehicle. But why Ford didn't add a larger gas tank to mitigate the constant fill-ups is beyond me.
The problem is that my Bronco drives way more like my SxS than my Jeep so its hard not to drive it that way off road. I have access to a lot of high desert OHV trails from my garage, so I drive the same areas year round with different vehicles depending on how I feel. If I wanted to haul-ass...
Best option I found that works with the factory rock sliders are the IAG Full Length EZ-Steps.
They are easy to install, are quite solid, and seem pretty durable. They also come off easily if you don't want to scratch them rock crawling - clips on the slider and only uses 2 set bolts per side...
When you go out and buy a vehicle that also has an iconic history and following, you also buy into the tradition. Jeep waves, rubber ducks, getting punched in the shoulder when a VW Bug drives by.... and now Horse-headed rubber ducks. I also spend a lot of time in parking lots listening to old...
Welcome! My wife joined one of those groups and had a similar experience. Not like that here. Congratulations on your new rig, I'm sure you'll enjoy making it yours.
My apologies if there is another thread that covers this. I couldn't find one that really answered my question. I am planning on mounting the Ford Performance (Rigid) Roof Rack mounted Light Bar on my 2022 "BadSquach" and am planning on drilling through the accessory mounting area to connect to...
I'm confused about the question. It would make more sense that Ford is discouraging anyone from getting a full feature Wildtrak because the model has all "options" and they probably are experiencing supplier constraints effecting both lux packages and Sasquatch. Another possibility is that the...
