place the fob in the indent in the bottom of the center console. happened to me twice now.

I like the looks of the Heritage stripes. Anyone found where those are available?

Yep which is only accessible if you get it to recognize the FOB! , or on the app if you think about that in the middle of the night. Sheesh

Right, couldn't access it until I got the fob to be recognized. LOL the hard copy would have saved me. Thankfully the sales guy came through.

Nope has worked since. Sales guy said some other folks had it happen to them at gas stations as well. Not Broncos though.

I found myself in a pickle the Fob wouldnt work. Called my sales guy and he told me to place the fob there and it worked. Battery wasn't dead. Think i was in a spot with interference or something??

Or at least train us on how to get it to work when it happens....

So I pulled up to a Town Pump station in Three Forks MT for a coffee. When I came out my door wouldn't unlock and the clicker would not unlock it. I had to use the manual key. When I got in and tried to start the Bronco it alarmed and stated that the key was not found. After much lock unlock...

Much better. I was not using the inner circular part of the end caps thought the half circle part was what was to hold it up. Didn't seem right and I figured it out last night. Thanks for posting the video.

I agree no instructions. Also fitment when it is not covering cargo it falls off. it spins which allows it to become detached. Lastly Light gray side is up which seems like the wrong side the black should be up. Maybe instructions would help. is there a video?
