You don't get trail turn assist with the 2.3... but you do get roof racks & winch - hence the everglades.
and the 2.7 just sounds soo much better than the 2.3
I was thinking of trying to shoehorn the raptor transmission skid, as I want to try maintaining OEM as much as possible. For example:
Regarding the winch, have you seen APG's hidden rear mount? Looks very minimal, but does require their bumper & exhaust work. But I'm also not sure on rear...
Wow, thanks for sharing - appreciate your perspective on wheeling the bronco without crazy mods and love the trail clean up that you all do!
How are you going to protect the trans pan, transfer case, and the cross members? I want to say the raptor has a skid plate for this area?
Any thoughts...
Also chiming in, my badlands Sasquatch spare was stolen in Brooklyn, NY. Tbh, Iām surprised it took this long. Does anyone know the best place for an OEM replacement? Do we have part numbers for the TPMS sensor and rim?
looks like Iām out $700-800?
in no specific order:
a working wireless phone charger
stop & go adaptive cruise control
2021 digital HVAC dials for my '22
winch & roofrack & snorkel available as options w/v6
a better battery/inverter - like a 2600w inverter would be A+
Apple CarKey and better integration
ability to roll up...
I have a ā22 and my bag looks the same. This reinforcements are only one side.
as for this thread, my issue is that my driver panel is starting to poke a hole in the top of the bag, it seems ford shouldāve reinforced both sides of the bag
I think the gasket traps dust/dirt - which then becomes the abrasive that sands off the paint.
As for the squeaking tailgate/window - I put krytox grease all along that rubber seal which completely eliminated the chatter/squeaking, but now i have dirty greasy goop that's probably going to...
oh wow, that's horrible and i'm so sorry you're going through that, i would want to get so livid - but what's the point? I guess there's the lemon law?
I did let it sit there for 3~4 days waiting for the parts to come in, but I also have 4 notifications in FordPass about the restraint indicator that haven't been cleared in a week, thus I'm under the impression it's half taken apart. I would rather have them just finish it, now that it's...
Dropped off my '22 Badlands on 4/5 for a few warranty issues at a dealership - roof rack bolt that snapped, usb ports that didn't work, and front passenger seat that would not recline forward.
Roof rack bolt = apparently not covered (but other 6g users have had it covered)
USB ports = fixed...
haven't read this thread :sneaky: but my bronco has been in the dealership for now 4 weeks - just to have the seat fixed.
Waited over 800 days, had it for 5 months, and now it's been in the shop for a month - owning a bronco is such a great experience. Please let me give you more money Ford...
I would not say that dv8 video is staged... it doesn't show them in a good light. their bumper setup didn't reinforce the frame horns like others (warn, etc)
