Probably something similar to the bronco6g early renderings that floated around for years and had a shit load of people talking about how they’ve seen the new bronco.
Just towed max tow 760kms through the mountains. Tows pretty nice but the small tank, 4.7 gears don’t match up too well for towing. Over 200 litres of fuel used in that short time. No noise from transmission since tsb
My dad lost a drill some years ago. 18 volt makita. Thought he must have left it on the back bumper and drove away. Fast forward like 5 years and he was doing another project in a customers home. Found the drill on top of the cabinets that he had installed, still had some battery left!
I was hoping reverse would be straight cut. Loved it in all my previous manuals the sound of reverse. One of the few things I don’t like. Main thing being no manual T-case as I would have been all over that.
I’ve been working mine harder than before the tsb was performed and so far no grinding has returned. Taking it for a tow over the mountains next weekend pulling my camper so should be working it pretty good. Hopefully she stays nice and quiet!
Has a toilet and a shower, high up on my list of requirements for a camper for me. Stupidly it has a central vacuum as well lol. I’ve actually put it to use cleaning up all the sawdust they leave behind from manufacturing of the unit.
Getting to frost warnings here the next couple weeks. Plus towing my camper every few weeks should give it a good test! Oh and really like towing with this thing. Crawl gear is great with the trailer out back.
just before a test tow today. Sagged about 1.5” in the rear and lifted the front about .5” I think. No-bo 16-1 and towed quite nice on my short trip. Need to figure out an equalizer setup that will work.
Do the manuals have the braking as well? Started wondering if because I have a manual that is why it didn’t apply the brakes for me. Would need to have the clutch also be controlled electronically to make it all work?
Do we have auto braking? I’ve never had that just have had alarms go off a few times when it thought I was too close to someone turning right in front of me.
I haven’t tried it for a while but I’ve always just pushed the 2h button. I wonder if they made it so we can’t in an update or something? I will go check mine and see shortly.
update: no issues going in to baja mode and then manually selecting 2H.
Have you not tried baja mode yet? Just put it back in 2 wheel after changing to baja and give it a rip! Pipes in some fun sounds and improves power delivery. Oh yeah and turn off the front camera while driving as well.
