Leather. They will be adjustable. I think you also get the lumbar support. You will be comfortable as hell while off roading.. (Took me 6 months to realize they tilt. You have to pull them all the way forward and they will spring back to the upright position)

285/75r18 About 35s. Didn't have to remove crash bars with 2" lift (probably didn't even need to add the lift) just the slightest rub at full lock on the upper control arm but can't damage it. Just leave a little mark.

If they did indeed screw up, why are you letting them win so easily? Take the Bronco, see if you like it and if not, sell it to make a profit or at least break even. You just rolling over is exactly why dealers do this.
