I'm an engineer at Toyota and helped design some systems in the new Tundra. Got it for free.
Bronco was cool for a while but after the honeymoon period was over, there were some tradeoffs that I didn't want to compromise on anymore.
also my wife hated the Bronco.
I work for Toyota Motors North America and got my 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road for basically free in 2020. Its a fantastic truck and I really enjoyed it for the ~18 months I had it.
Everyone here is right that its slow and the transmission sucks, but it was BULLETPROOF. I towed my racecar Miata all...
Definitely a reasonable take, especially since I’m in Texas.
it just irks me that someone’s intentionally dangerous or inattentive driving could potentially hurt someone and they don’t care enough to stop doing it.
Train horn would be cool, just scare the shit out of them PA System might me...
normally I agree with you. I would honk, they would wave, and everyone moves on with life.
this morning, I was on the service road for a freeway going ~60mph, and a moron in a sedan pulls out right in front of me. If I hadn’t slammed on the brakes, I would have totaled his car. If there was...
I just got back from a 3 week trip, and have another 5 week trip comping up. No issues leaving the car parked. Honestly, 3 weeks is nothing. I leave my 2007 Porsche Cayman in the garage for the entire winter, and it still starts up with no issues after 4 months.
Had 3 incidents today of some moron in an Altima pulling out into traffic, forcing me to slam on my brakes and almost getting hit. Wanting to get something like this so I can let them know that they suck. Anyone else installed something similar...
Hey y'all. I've had my Bronco for almost a year and I don't love it as much as I thought I would. Hoping to get back into a Tundra.
It has the Sasquatch, Lux, and Tow packages.
It has about 14,000 miles on it, and all service was done at Autonation Ford in Frisco.
Mods include

Sup y'all.
Wife hates the road noise of the Bronco, and we have several road trips coming up, so wanting to try and get a hardtop to make it a little quieter.
Willing to drive within a few hours of Dallas. I can offer my Bestop as a partial trade and add cash on top.
Send me a PM with how...
shiiiiii, you're in dallas and if you're considering selling your MIC, I would absolutely be down to buy it. I was just about to make a post to buy one
I had a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro for 2 years before selling it for the Bronco. I miss having a truck bed sometimes when I'm camping, but the Bronco is way more capable off road.
Bronco with sas gets slightly better gas mileage than my modified Taco did (Icon 3" lift, 33s)
Bronco is still hands...
I think based on how the doors connect (internal vs external hinge) it would be a long shot to modify a jeep foot peg to a Bronco.
I've just been resting my foot on the lower hinge, it sticks out far enough and is pretty comfy
I am an engineer with Toyota, and cold air intakes are mostly marketing garbage. Improved airflow isn't really a thing since its still getting turbulent as it goes in and out of the turbos.
Most naturally aspirated vehicles also won't benefit from smoother airflow since they take a hard right...
Is this happening on all doors or just one? The popping sound usually means that the bolt isn't tightened all the way
Can you show a photo of the hinges or a video of the noise?
