My battery voltage drops to 10 volts every time auto stop kicks off. What’s going on?

Had 1200 miles on my badass Wildtrak and the alarms starting going off telling me to shut down truck. So I pull over shut down truck and nothing. Won’t turn over, no electronics, just dead in the water. So I open the hood and WTF. Nice easy fix and Ford tool kit included had the right socket.

Just arrived at Dealership. So stoked to be picking it up Monday. Took 18 days to ship to Long Island NY

Says between 11-3-21 through 11-9-21 to Long Island NY Dealership Got another email saying shipped 10-10-21 estimated 16-28 days delivery So they give themselves plenty of leeway.....
