    Mine has shown in production since 7/19 with no update. Dealer has no clue. Does anyone have a customer service number or email for Ford? I can’t understand why our car hasn’t had any updates in two months.

  6. Production date 7/19 but no update?

    Hello, Our order has shown in production since 7/19 and has not changed status since. I have checked with the dealer and they have been absolutely no help. In fact, they are mostly unresponsive. Window sticker is attached; can someone provide any insight? Much appreciated.
