Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the existing profile, now I get an error "Unable to connect to vehicle". The vehicle is ON, key fob is in there.

I tried DTCs, for some of modules app can't read DTC, for the ones that have been read, when I tried to reset one, and I got the "unable to reset DTC." I am using OBDLink EX with usb connection.

I did run backup before I started changing. I imagine it would be the same .ab file I downloaded from MotroCraftService.

OrderTrack showed my status changed to In Transit today. I verified the backdoor and pizza tracker they are both at Built Awaiting Shipment. I hope OrderTrack is correct :)

The OrderTrack app just showed my status changed to In Transit. The Ford backdoor and pizza tracker still show Built Awaiting Shipment. This made me think OrderTrack is able to access something we don't know. That is pretty cool, hope that is the case :)

Mine is Rail. My interpretation is that mine is sitting on the parking lot waiting for some component until 03/24 and then ship. I understand shipping would take 3 weeks to Utah through rail.

Thanks for suggestion. The answer I got from chat was "in production until 03/24 and not related to chip." My build is 4dr BL, soft top, 2.7, non-SAS, high package, not sure what is causing the extra 3 weeks delay.
