  1. faint fluttering / flapping noise behind driver dash area (not a rattle)

I finally discovered the source. It's coming from the center of the steering wheel area. if I apply pressure upwards / hold it in place the noise stops. Next step would be to see if the dealer wants to address the issue or if I need to do a solo mission to discover what can be done to shore up...
  2. faint fluttering / flapping noise behind driver dash area (not a rattle)

No flaps, no aftermarket skid plates. I'm in the same boat - going to start looking near the firewall area - my gut tells me something to do with the windshield but the strip below seems in good shape
  3. faint fluttering / flapping noise behind driver dash area (not a rattle)

the stripe that is at the bottom that seems to seal the windshield, I can double check but that seems secured. Wouldn't that reproduce the sound consistently?
  4. faint fluttering / flapping noise behind driver dash area (not a rattle)

I'm hoping someone has had the same problem and can help locate the cause. The dealer has tried twice with no luck on reproducing or locating it. Seems at higher speeds above 30 MPH I get this fluttering / flapping noise, I can't locate the exact place but seems loudest near the dash (where...
  5. Dash Rattle 2022 Bronco

I believe I'm having the same issues, dealership as tried to locate it twice with no luck (typically they can't even reproduce it) I recorded it, best if you listen with headphones, its faint sounding
  6. Is this the best aftermarket roof rack?? Badass Tents Full Size Roof Rack for Hardtop

I'm worried that any of these aftermarket racks might not be compatible with the MIC 2.0. Anyone speak to this? I have the first MIC and have been speaking to my dealer about the replacement option
  7. here is what I found for a ski rack for less than $500 - hitch mount solution - updated with better hitch extender

That is a pretty sweet setup. I debated about this and I wasn’t sure of the rattle factor, how is the rattle with this? At first I wanted the cheapest solution because it was temp until roof rails became available, now that it’s less likely to have roof rails i might need to revisit how I...
  8. here is what I found for a ski rack for less than $500 - hitch mount solution - updated with better hitch extender

Quick update... I wasn't stoked with only being able to open the tailgate about 12", it didn't allow for any useful access with the 7" Hitch extender I originally purchased (link here) and the rattle was pretty bad. I found a new hitch extender that adds 2" inches to the length and drops it 2...

  13. Quick cheap long(er) term solution for the dreaded roof rattle TLF has reported on

Hello fellow Bronco friends (glad we're not doing the Jeep wave right?) I've had my 4dr MIC 1.0 hard top for over 6 weeks. Took delivery on Dec 1st. It's been 6 weeks of enjoyment every time I drive this rig. Found the right Ski rack (posted here in the forums) for my outdoor winter adventures...
  14. here is what I found for a ski rack for less than $500 - hitch mount solution - updated with better hitch extender

My ski's are 180CM long and I had to put down the 2/3 seat and angle them sideways to fit. I was surprised that I had to go from corner to corner. This basically means 3 people and limited storage is the limit unless you have short skis. Bogus basin is nice for sure

I just posted this if it helps https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/here-is-what-i-found-for-a-ski-rack-for-less-than-500-hitch-mount-solution.33028/
  16. here is what I found for a ski rack for less than $500 - hitch mount solution - updated with better hitch extender

I'm like many and bummed the Sasquatch / FE trims do not come with two important options, roof rack rails and tow package. I've always preferred roof mounted accessories for bikes and skis but here we are with no ETA on when we can order roof rails (thanks ford) Hitch Solution I was quoted $850...
  17. Ski Carrier Options

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems it wouldn't work with the rear backup camera. Mine sits right in the middle of the spare and isn't flush with the tire
  18. Hard top new noise (not rattle) - squeaky only in very cold temps (sub 10 degrees)

For me I'm ĂĽber worried about the quality of the Hard Top given all the problems and the history. Agreed on the sound, just really alarming at how bad it is, doesn't sound like a normal "cold weather" noise. I lived in FL for 3 years and moved quickly back west after my first experience with...
  19. Hard top new noise (not rattle) - squeaky only in very cold temps (sub 10 degrees)

Hi, Long time reader, first time poster so forgive me if I can’t articulate my findings properly… So far I’ve felt lucky, no issues since delivery (12/01) - Now that the nights are getting colder, when I leave the bronco outside for more than 2 hours (IE: at a movie theater park lot) in sub...
