Switch before you get a VIN! I wish I would of had something in writing but I trusted them and once my VIN was given that's when they marked it up and I was stuck because once you have the VIN you can't switch.

When I made my complaint with Ford today I did put that in there. Amber said that's definitely not true but how much Ford actually cares about what some dealerships are doing is questionable.

My husband is a Chevy guy so my Dad (Ford guy) suggested this place in our town. Apparently it's under new ownership and has a lot of people upset with service issues or the fact everything is so marked up. How they have those ratings after seeing things people have gone through is beyond me.
