Front Royal Ford most dishonest dealership stay away

I made my reservation 9/2020. During the whole process my salesman agreed I'd be paying MSRP. It wasn't until I recently got my VIN number that he informed me that they were marking it up $5000. I called Ford and they gave me my price protection number and I sent that to my salesman who said it didn't matter all vehicles were marked over MSRP. I called Ford back and they suggested I make a complaint with them. During this time I tried emailing and calling to speak with the Sales Manager, he will not respond. Tonight I was going through their reviews and saw they did this to a member of the military who transferred his order to Front Royal Ford and they did the same to him. At this point Ford is doing nothing to stop these dealerships because if they really wanted to stop it they'd allow us to transfer our orders to dealerships that are keeping their word. Yes I am completely aware that I am an idiot for trusting someone at their word but I don't want to see this keep happening to people. These bronco forums and fb pages have helped give so much information and I am asking you all to let this dealership know they are wrong by posting 1star reviews. Attached are emails, Front Royal Fords info. Please help!

Man, that sucks! I lived in Front Royal for 23 years, never bothered to do any business with them... they always looked like a shitty little dealer.

Bought mine from Malloy Ford in Winchester, paid MSRP + tax & tags and out the door I went They couldn't be nicer.

I encourage you to add them to the ongoing list of other stealerships who reneged after a previously agreed upon purchase price.

That really sucks. How has this thread been overlooked for almost 2 weeks? Did you ever get any kind of resolution? If not, bet Ford is in the process of cutting the dealer's allocation per Farley.

I'd not trust those $#&*heads for a second, they look exactly like what they seem to be. Sorry that happened to you. My dealer is great, I'm actually surprised that in this instant news and viral stuff dealers are still pulling this shit. Slime that needs to be weeded out, make room for the good and honest dealers.
