  1. Windshield, Headlight and Sensor Ice

I drove (5 hour drive) through the winter storm that hit the Great Lakes area right before Christmas. I had no windshield icing issues running the heat on auto at 72 - so you just might need to run it hotter than in the 60ā€™s. I would brush off my headlights when I stopped for gas but I feel...
  2. No Rocks For My Badlands

ā€¦ā€¦ok. Good for you, I guess? Iā€™m not quite following what the point of this post was.
  3. Possible Bronco Raptor R test mule spotted??

Yeah that would make sense. I just hadnā€™t see the circle camo on the rear doors before.
  4. Possible Bronco Raptor R test mule spotted??

I passed a Bronco Raptor in half camouflage and manufacturer plates on the way to work this morning in Detroit. It had camo on the hood and just in front of the rear wheel arches. I couldnā€™t really see any obvious difference between it and a regular bronco raptor. I couldnā€™t hear an obvious...
  5. Rattle from the Rear of Soft Top

@ford I have a significant rattle from my passenger soft top while folded all the way back. Iā€™ve notice play has developed in the metal peg the latch connects to and there is rubbing between two of the black metal structural arms. @Ford I am in the Detroit area if someone wants to look at it.

Man, I can predict when an event is going to happen by my call schedule. One of these days Iā€™ll get out with you all.
  8. Bestop Trektop Slantback soft top finally installed

I cannot overstate how much nicer it is the run the factory soft top all the way down vs just half open. Iā€™ve been running the top completely open whenever itā€™s not raining this spring and itā€™s so nice. The wind noise is significantly less than with the top half open. And Iā€™ve run the top...
  9. Any way to change volume of the turn signal indicator?

Anyone have instructions on how to access the blinker module? My issue is that it sounds super loud to anyone Iā€™m talking to on the phone over the broncoā€™s Bluetooth.
  10. Anyone else concerned about their top holding up over time?

Oh ok. I thought it was the clips on the top of the window. Yeah he must have pulled back rather than up and from the fabric not the plastic piece underneath. That sucks Iā€™m sorry.
  11. Anyone else concerned about their top holding up over time?

So the plastic ā€˜tonguesā€™ of the clips broke?
  12. Anyone else concerned about their top holding up over time?

Iā€™ve had the soft top for this snowy cold Michigan winter and itā€™s been great. A little loud over 75 mph, but overall I really like it and the times itā€™s been warm enough to open it all the way up has been glorious. I would ask to see the damage in person. Something doesnā€™t add up. 1) they...

@shoelessjoe aw awesome. Those will help with the rocks too.
  14. IAG EZ-Step Add-on Kits - V1 or V2?

Also, Iā€™ll be taking them off anytime I go roading since they are kinda anti-rockslider.
  15. IAG EZ-Step Add-on Kits - V1 or V2?

V2 all the way. They sit at the bottom of the rock rail, not below it. I honestly probably need a little lower step for me being 6ā€™1ā€ and have to duck a little stepping into the car using the step, but they are perfect for my wife.

  17. I removed my roof panels - once is enough

Bestop doesnā€™t fold all the way back though.

Awesome. Weā€™re cyber orange badlands Sasquatch buddies (I only have the soft top). Iā€™d recommend getting front mudflaps asap with all the small rocks we have on roads now with the spring rains.
  19. I removed my roof panels - once is enough

I was pleasantly surprised how much less wind noise there is with the soft top all the way back vs just the front portion back. I regularly get up to 80 on the highway with the top all the way back and itā€™s not bad at all.
