No , I know there is an actuator in door, and yes I tried plugging and unplugging the door harness
to check connection... drove car to work, let it sit for 7 hours today... tried lock and unlock and remote starter, they all work magically now.... thinking there was a software glitch in alarm...
Hello, this am my drivers door lock is no operating with remote or interior lock switch. All other doors are locking and un locking.
The alarm lights flash when hitting remote . Drivers side lock lever does not move manually either frozen in open position
I am guessing the actuator is bad...

thank you for advice... I ran power and ground straight to battery with inline relay and fuse... switch is illuminated and in a good spot, so I will not leave it on by accident

OK but I cannot wire it to a switched source that way, meaning if switch is left on lights are left on I get wiring it to the battery and ground is simple and easier... thank you for your help
Does anyone have a picture or suggestion for adding a fuse tap for aux lighting not using aux switches? Preferably a switched fuse.. Did you use under hood box ?
Also what size fuse tap , any help would be great pictures/ diagrams ... thank you.....
