I'm getting the bucking in 1st and 2nd gear as well with only 700 miles. Only have had this thing for 3 weeks. I thought it was me for abit, but now it's happened about 4-5 times and started at 500 mile mark. Does seem to happen everytime the engine is below ideal temp.
Picked up my Bronco today from San Tan Ford in Arizona.
It was painless. No games and everything was pretty chill. They honored the 2021 price protection and I just paid for dealership addon Desert Protection, ended up being $600 over MSRP overall (not including TTL).

I'm right there with you. Mine is stuck on the rail for past 3 weeks at Arizona BSNF, delivery date has been pushed out 3 times now. Might be something going on at the yard.
I drove a 2D 7MT Base at a Bronco off road event in AZ about a year ago, they only let me drive it cause I ordered a MT. Dude was telling me they've had nothing but problems with people dicking up the 7MTs.
If I was a tech, that horn blasted me in the face, scared the shit out of me, and finding out it was you because you were dicking around in FordPass. You might find my underwear stashed in your bronco. :P
