I was curious on this as well, so did some googling. Its a TC Teardrop https://www.tcteardrops.com/products/tcteardrop-build-quote rented from Camping Elevated in Flagstaff https://www.campingelevated.com/
While I don't have the SAS tires, I do have the C Rated KO2's that came on my Badlands still on there. I am a pretty strong believer in using the tires that came on the vehicle for their useful life, you did pay for them after all. Once you get a puncture or two, or run down the tread, is when...
In SoCal expect to pay around $4-5k for full vehicle paint correction, PPF, and a 7-year Ceramic coating on a mid-sized SUV.
Price does vary widely, but you really do need to do a bit of homework, read reviews of the shop, and see if you can be shown some of their in progress or recently...
Oh interesting, I hadnāt realized that the raised air intake āblocksā the standard ditch mount location on the passenger side. Wonder if all the aftermarket ones do the same. Strange side effect of the way the door mirrors are mounted vs on the door itself like the wrangler does.
Agree with the...
2 Doors don't get the rear sway bar (though I recall the 2 Door WT might actually have a rear sway bar with Hoss 3.0?), but it does stand to reason that an upgrade made to the 4 Door frame would also flow down to the 2 Door frame.
Unfortunately true, various modules are grounded to the chassis...
Its an indication that the market has gotten too expensive, and coupled with interest rates and the approaching holiday expenses, a new body on frame anything just isn't in the cards for most.
Same here, got the 2 door 7mt BL non-SAS, high pack, which for me is the optimal price point for manual with all the cameras and heated seats, and avoid paying for the auto without getting one. Once you start to add lockers to any of the other trims, it just doesn't make sense to go any other way.
I was going to post the exact same video. The benefit to using a phone/tablet for maps is having the full functionality, vs a trimmed down CarPlay version. I use Gaia and while it's great to see all our custom maps on the infotainment system, you can't really do much with them except view...
Sandstone Canyon in Anza Borrego. @drzmat would probably like a compressor as well, because who wouldn't want a high flow twin compressor. Does the giveaway also include a 4 tire inflator kit? They're pretty much a requirement with that much air flow, too much for any one valve stem to handle.
Mine had a blend date of 3/30 and has an AB tagged 7MT. 760 miles on it and its been in dealer service 7 and a half weeks and counting for a transmission oil leak, among other warrantied issues.
I do believe AB transmissions may have bad synchros as well. TSB 23-2019 covers the issue for MY23 and my dealer service rep confirmed for me that my 2023 7MT Badlands with an AB rev transmission is included in that TSB.
May as well chime in, happy to test one out in Anza Borrego for you. We're in the market for a new compressor as we've got a 5 cfm at 0 psi compressor at the moment, and one of our vehicles has XL load rated tires which need to be inflated to 46 psi... it takes quite a while, to say the least.
Looking forward to the video. While I can't speak to the effectiveness of the current Bronco bolt-on sliders from MT4x4, I can say that the build quality is excellent. Ours arrived, and shortly after our Bronco went into the dealers shop for a substantial amount of warranty work and we've not...
Likewise, mine has been back at the dealer over a month now getting the transmission and transfer case seals replaced. 760 miles, dealer service said both seals were installed incorrectly from the factory, quality canāt possibly get any worse than it is now.
Did you order the roof rack? Mine sat in the lot there for about 7 weeks waiting on a rack to be installed. Itās not put on as it comes off the line.
