I notched the floor liner lip where the console front was. This worked perfectly.

I finally got my Bronco this week and installed bracket today. You should add a picture of the bracket installed to your directions. I have had the bracket for a couple months and forgot exactly how it was installed...I thought it was mounted on bottom side of bumper and was scratching my head...
