I also purchased a soft top from a member and I love it. The hard top is all wind noise and the soft top is mainly all the noises around you such as the truck engine next to you or other radios at the stop light. Even if the db reading is the same, the soft top sounds noticeably louder to me...
My single best modification is the factory soft top I purchased from another member. I love the ease of opening and closing and the fact that it goes all the way down.
My wife drives a Tesla Model Y Performance so I definitely see the benefit of an EV Bronco. I don't think I'd purchase an EV only Bronco but I'd like a Bronco with short 30-40 mile electric range like the Jeep 4xe. That'd cover most of my daily driving and I'd still have ICE for longer drives.
It may a little high but it's in the ballpark and the seller will get it. It will probably come down to location and if someone wants it now instead of waiting for shipping. There are just so few that get sold that drives the price up. I like the hardtop but I have a factory soft top I...
She'll be fine, there's very little walking. I remember the overlook and then the initial walk from the introduction area to the Bronco's. There was a guy in my group that had an artificial leg that did fine.
I also live in Edmond and have a LB First Edition. I'm on the west side in the Deer Creek area and haven't seen any others over here. My daughter goes to OCS and I've seen one there picking up their kids. I wonder how many are in the metro?
Good luck with your sale!
Perfection!
I don't know why orange is so difficult for ford. The cyber orange was school bus yellow and Code Orange is red. Ford should look at the Jeep and Dodge Challenger color palates to get an idea of colors outside of grays and blacks.
I purchased 3 hangers from Home Depot and put them on a garage wall. Each hanger is rated for 50 lbs. I’m not sure what it weighs but I’d guess over 100 lbs. it was awkward lifting it by myself up that high.
Great info! Thanks!
Are the brackets the same for both driver and passenger sides? Same part number?
I may see if I can just trim my hardtop trim covers before I buy the soft top version.
I saw others posting about it on Facebook yesterday. I don't have anything pending with Fed Ex yet but hopefully soon! 24 x 15 has to be a poster or something, right? I'd really like a personalized interior plate too.
Thanks for the write up! I purchased another members soft top but I didn’t know about the side panels being different. I’ll have to source those.
The link above by @BroncoDymond88 has pictures of all the parts you didn’t show.
Although I would love a V8 and would purchase it, I would be shocked if Ford put one in the Bronco. The v6 produces similar numbers and the engineering is done. Stellantis has already stated the Hemi will be done in a couple years and that's the direction the entire auto industry is heading...
A while back someone was posting that was purchasing through the military car buying service. They said the website they used had a ton of info including true dealer cost. I think it was 7-8k below invoice on a midlevel Bronco. So the dealerships are still making profit on invoice deals...
I haven't removed my hard top yet so I'm not sure. I doubt they are though. I've watch a couple videos on YouTube and they weren't on theirs. I'd plan on buying them.
I also just purchased a soft top from another member here. The long brackets are already on your Bronco but you’ll need the short brackets over the rear seats. I think these bolt down with the same bolts used on the hard top. You’ll also need the two clips that hood down the rear base of the...
