I had the exact same debate. Really wanted 18's but ended up going with 17's mainly due to the huge cost difference ($550 for my setup). Love the way it came out but have to say there are days I wish I had gone with the 18's.
Nothing new here but wanted to share to help others, as I went through this thread twice and had numerous members help thru DM. Came out exactly as I was hoping.
2022 Non SAS OBX
2 Inch Zone Level (Went from 1.2in of rake to .2in of rake, perfect)

Wow, those look a lot more like a zero offset than a +25 (w/SAS flares) Looks almost exactly like MikeyM's rig two posts below but should be 1 inch sucked in from where he is. Poke is a weird beast.
NC/SC state line (Charlotte Area.) $500 or B.O. Less than 100 miles on them. Perfect condition. If you have an OBX and are keeping the original Wheels and tires, save 65% on your next set of tires while having a backup set of wheels to boot. No brainer.
My Bronco's on a Train somewhere and it being an OBX I can't get the rims and tires off fast enough. This will be my first truck and so I've been doing a lot of research trying to make sure I get it right. Tire load range in regards to ride quality seems to be a bring out some alarmists, while...
The +1 will push the tire a little more then an inch out and the -12 will be about an inch and a half. +1 is slightly outside the SAS fenders and -12 is .5 of an inch further out.
Drew, 3 posts down on this thread is a Green SAS bronco running +25 Icons. Pretty much totally flush (or maybe just inside) with the SAS flares. Zero offset will give you just a slight poke with the SAS flares...
Are you sure it's hitting the sway bar? The negative offset should be moving it much further from the sway bar than stock no? Tons of people on here run 33's with no lift and offsets in that range with no rub so this is weird.
-12 would be sticking outside of the SAS fenders, I'm not sure I'd...
With a 2.5 in Level you'll have no issues with a 35 in tire. Looks like you have a zero or -18 offset rim so if you'd prefer less go with something closer to +20/+30. Lots of rims in that area. If you are trying to close the wheel well gap, look for a true 35 in (lots of 35 x 12.5 tires are...
