It was the Passenger side door control module. It was staying fully power up for some reason. After replacing (took a week and half to come in) the problem was resolved with zero issues since.
I hope this helps.
I will post my problem (and hopeful resolution)...Started about 4 weeks ago...Bronco started not being able to hold a charge at night. Charged battery/jump started and it would be fine until I parked it overnight. Took it to the dealer on a Friday (8/18/2023) and they diagnosed it as a bad...
My Wildtrak with less than 2500 miles on it is doing the same thing OP's was doing. Battery was replaced on Friday and went to drive it Saturday morning it was dead and would not start. Does anyone know what the "fix" or resolution was here?
JuSt curious if anyone has come up with a solution to this? The unit fits my ‘23 Wildtrak if I leave the battery hold down AND cover off. My good will close with cover on but stays raised slightly as others mentioned.
Just posted about this exact problem. Brand new opened the hood this weekend and it "popped" the faring out and broke one of the clips. Now it will not seat properly.
Just something else to check BEFORE you open your hood. Not sure if this is widespread or not to be honest. '23 Wildtrak picked up 6/8 and went to open hood on Saturday. I never thought to look and see, but apparently the hood was either too close to the housing or the housing was already out of...
I can say that as a '21 order I picked my Wildtrak up at my dealer in Pilot point, TX last Monday. Price was almost $7k MSRP over my DORA that I signed in Sept '22 for the model year roll over. When I got to dealer, I paid Price on DORA - the $2925 Certificate. I think this is the way that they...
Thank you @LethalPerformance and @RagnarKon. Now if I could only get it on sale again (would probably save my marriage with all of the money I have spent so far....)
I am days away from getting it now....
Once you get this installed...do you have to go to the dealer every time you want to make a change? Tires, or anything else that the tune give the ability to do? OR, once it is "installed" can you access all of the functions that this provides without warranty issues?
If you type the letters it goes so much smoother so...for BTTX it would be B=2,2 T=8,1 X=9,2 (the first number is the number where the letter is on dial pad. The second number is the position of that number at that location) So for this example you would type 22818192. Then just type in the rail...
Platinum North Ford in Pilot Point - Working with the guys there has been great. The communication is wonderful and as long as you order from them it is MSRP. Zero problems with any aspect when my father-in-law picked up his outer banks and not expecting any issues when my Wildtrak is delivered...
My goodness that is a crappy attitude they have. It sucks that they just do not care and are blatantly throwing it in your face. I would ask them why you are not getting it for Dora at time you signed and definitely get the GM of dealership involved. They know exactly what you are talking about...
