It’s a packing and shopping issue. They sent an incomplete kit. Not sure why you went on this tangent.

8 piece kit. They sent 7 pieces. Not very complicated. As I said, I should have verified they sent what I paid for. Lesson learned. Thankfully it wasn’t an expensive lesson. I’m sure they’re a great company. I’m looking to give another online company some business. Looking for suggestions.

10 hours later and it still shows awaiting shipment. You have to ignore the tracker.

My Bronco was delivered to my dealership early this morning. The dealership didn’t know it was coming. The Ford tracker is still reporting it as “awaiting shipment”. No email from Ford. Typical. I’m super happy. That’s my velocity blue 2019 F150 in the background.
