I went with these from DV8. Not only do they cover the lower shock but the trailing arm also. I also wanted coverage going backward as some don't do that.

I went with the skids from DV8. They are very robust and protect the lower trailing arm. I tagged both on a recent trip. I had also bent the front-facing finger on the mount. An 18" crescent wrench was what I used to put it back. It looks like you also bent, and twisted the actual shock...
I solve the battery drain problem with a Battery Tender: https://www.batterytender.com/?gclid=CjwKCAjwxOymBhAFEiwAnodBLIVLiJjZT6GE5JggI2sHLXQ2-v29EmIzJoglm3sn6eXUziZSgqg83BoCoyoQAvD_BwE
If in the garage, use a plug-in version. If outside, which is what I have to do, use the solar version. Works...
I have these and they are great! I wanted protection for the lower training arm as well as the shock. I managed to bend the part of the shock "finger" that sticks out that other skids attach to. Read my review at the bottom of their page as I talked about how I got them on. It was a bit of a...
Go to Hollister, that's where I went for my 1st time. https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=1179
There are all levels of trails there. Try to go with someone who's been as it's a bit more fun. Also, don't forget the Ford Off-Roadeo https://broncooffroadeo.com/, it's a wonderful one-day Bronco-only...
One of the nicest I’ve seen yet. However, I don’t see any front recovery attachment points like the modular bumper has. Besides using them for recovery, thats where my tow bar attaches when towing behind my motorhome. Any chance of getting them incorporated into the bumper?
Looks like a muddy BLAST. Happy not to be cleaning the muck out of everywhere. Nice pix, BTW. You might want to consider adding a battery boost box to your recovery equipment. Not only does it make jumping a dead battery much easier, but you can also leave it hooked up to your problem child and...
I just finished installing both the shock & differential bash plates on my 2022 Outer Banks SAS Bronco. Firstly, they look GREAT! But, I have a few installation comments for DV8 and others to consider. No, it's not that hard to get them on but it took longer than their instructions lead you to...

Your video and web description seem to indicate only the "front", drivers area, roof sections are removable. What about the middle, second row seating, section? Can you take it off with the rack on?
Do you have to take the whole top off or can you just remove the fasteners on one side and slide the mounting bracket under the top then do the other side?
I agree with mini4mw's comment regarding using eye bolts or forged bolts as attachment points for safety cables. Also keep in mind they are rated for static loads not shock loads as would happen if the Bronco separated from the tow vehicle. Eye bolts, even with welded eyes are very weak and not...
