I've run 80+ with only 22psi on some wide open trails with long straights and no issues here in the Sonoran Desert. Felt completely safe and in control.
Interesting they spec the heavier weight. Wonder now if Jeep has the same spec as Ford or Dana in their Advantek axles. I don't think the fluid weight is the reason for the pinion seals failing, but may be worth looking into...
Did you use 80w90 in the front diff and 75w85 in the rear like it specifies in the service manual? I just replaced the front fluid due to the notorious leaking pinion seal, but thought it was odd the front fluid spec was different than the rear. Also states the capacity for the m210 is 26.2oz...
Wow, that's really cool! Looks like that's at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in MD hence the APG nomenclature on the door. They've definitely done some awesome vehicle testing for the military out there, and still do. 👍
No loss there... My wife had a 2016 Cherokee latitude that was the biggest, steaming heap of garbage ever. Electronics were wonky as hell and the whole vehicle would shut off randomly on hot days at stoplights almost like the ECU was overheating or something. The crappy transmission would...
Ah, so there is no physical check that Ford makes out to the dealer, and this whole process of showing up on their statement as a credit takes anywhere from 30-60 days whenever the next statement rolls around? I'm tracking... Just wish this was a more transparent process, that is made to benefit...
What was their reasoning for not honoring the price protection?
So basically there's nothing stopping the dealer from cashing the PP check and not reimbursing the customer?! This is more of a flawed system than I thought. Unreal how there would be absolutely zero accountability for this type...
Placed my order in Feb. of 2022 and purchased my Bronco from the dealer in Nov. I am eligible for the $1,750 PP from the mid year increase before order banks closed in March. My dealer told me they applied for it at the time I purchased the Bronco, but seemed kind of clueless on how it worked...
Well hopefully it shows up this week! 🤞Glad those shenanigans are over and this Bronco is such a blast to drive so far!! The sway bar disconnect is definitely a game changer on the little bit of off-roading I was able to do behind a friends neighborhood. My fuel mileage is averaging around...
I was surprised mine did, but I sent him a message once I knew the railcar reached the final yard to let me know when it arrives any day now.
He also had the gall to try to call immediately when it arrived and tell me there's a "mandatory" lifetime warranty and tint package they need to include...
Anybody else get delivery of their beloved Bronco's yet?
Looks like mine is still sitting in the railyard awaiting the convoy truck and 2hr ride to the dealer. Been there for almost a week now ugh... The anticipation is killing me, but trying to keep it together. Lol! Hopefully only another...
Just pick the first option, but it really doesn't matter I don't think. You will still talk to the same person that will answer your question about your order. I think I usually choose the vehicle features one though...
Which dealer in Tucson did you order through? Maybe now that mine is sitting there, they'll throw both our Broncos on a truck and get them out here
Ford chat told me the same thing this morning that the railcar was still at Blue Island, IL. I asked when that update is from and they told me...
Well dang... Looks like that is the case for my now unfortunately. Talked to Ford chat earlier and now my scheduled delivery date to dealer is Nov. 18-22 instead of Oct. 28 as of last week. So close, yet so far.
Welp looks like mine arrive at the El Mirage railyard out here in AZ last night. Pretty sure that's the final stop before it gets loaded onto a truck and brought to my dealer. Let's see how long it sits in the yard before it gets picked up :geek:
Mine is currently sitting at the El Mirage yard as of last night. We'll see how long it takes to get a ride to the dealer. Hoping it isn't much longer than a week!
Hey @JimCA just called CSX touch trace and looks like my railcar just left Becker, NM. Looks like @CBWAR1 is on a different train, but we're all getting real freakin close!
Hopefully by next weekend we'll all be cruising in our Bronco's off into the sunset! 🤘🏻
