Warhorseoffroad...?

Anybody heard or ordered anything from Warhorseoffroad lately? I ordered an adjustable swing gate bracket about a week ago and have heard no updates on shipping or anything, so just wondering if anyone else knew anything further. Seems like there aren't any negative feedback or anything regarding this small company, so not sure if they are just away or something right now. Tried calling and emailing to no avail... any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks!!

I had the same issue when I ordered a few weeks ago. No update on it being shipped so I emailed and called with no reply. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I don't think they heard back from Warhorse either since they haven't put the charge back on my card yet, but the item got delivered by UPS this week. Over 2 weeks from the day I ordered and they are actually located within 100 miles of me.

Anyway, I would say wait a bit longer before you take any action and see if it shows up.

I'll follow up with my credit card co and Warhorse after the first of the week. I need to make sure they get paid.

They’re legitimate and good people. I’d wait a bit, or try reaching out on Instagram as they’re pretty active there
