Mine was on dirt mountain for two months waiting for transport. Makes sense that they removed the cable, but I have to say that the nut, backed all the way off to the very beginning of the bolt, looked untouched and directly from the parts bin. I donāt think it backed off from mileage, but...
Out of nowhere, I started getting repeated trailer brake system failure and front camera disabled warnings on my ā22 BD with 8,000 miles.
I pulled over and found that the negative battery terminal was loose - in fact, the tightening nut was at the extreme end of the bolt - like it was never...
Trailer brake system failure and front camera warnings here on my ā22 BD with 8,000 miles. Not sure itās solved yet, but I did just discover that the negative battery terminal was loose - in fact, the tightening nut was at the extreme end of the bolt - like it was never tightened at the...
Same issues here on my ā22 BD with 8,000 miles. Not sure itās solved yet, but I did just discover that the negative battery terminal was loose - in fact, the tightening nut was at the extreme end of the bolt - like it was never tightened at the factory!
Build date was April 1, so Iāve been...
Donāt hold your breath. But still worth the few minutes it takes to adjust in my opinion.
I just removed the Sunrider to put the front panels back on for winter and found that I had to move the plates back for the best fit on the hardtop. So the fiddling is just part of the seasonal process.
Mine is silver too - and fixed. See my post in this thread from July 6. I copied Delightās method and made the passenger side match the driverās side. Pretty close to 1/2ā. I also fixed the front bumper. Less wiggle room, but itās even now.
Definitely one way to fix it. I thought about your way, but really wanted to close the gap on the passenger side rather than increase the gap on the driverās side.
I could be wrong, but the horizontal bolts that are in the curved slots on the left and right side (described earlier in the...
Thanks for this. I just successfully programmed a third key after several failures.
Mine finally worked when I put the buttons face down at each step, which is never mentioned in the instructions.
I would also note that when you push the ignition button with the in programmed key in the spot...
I installed the GPCA last night (still interested in the Mabett, but need something for now). Fits and works well - EXCEPTā¦
The fit is designed for the rear seats to be in the upright position. The cover bunches up and wonāt stay flat when you move the rear seats into the 4 degree recline...
Ditto.
On my 4 door, I had a perfect fit across the back WITH the provided spacer in place.
However, I did have to adjust the driverās side latch plate for a tighter fit on the front.
I also noticed (like others) that there was really no pressure from the Sunrider header on the secondary...
Even after reading your thread and putting foam over the offending points before installation, I still have damage to the paint on both sides. The protrusions were long enough to push through the foam and make contact with the paint after I installed and tightened the front bolt.
So I took the...
Also fixed the front bumper - hanging a little low on the driverās side. Removed the cover around the tow ring - loosened the three bolts, adjusted and tightened to 60 ft/lbs.
Same on my Black Diamond. Fixed in 5 minutes with your method. Bolt in the curved slot is supposed to be torqued to 20 ft/lbs. Left and right side were both looser than that.
I had the exact same problem. Rotating the muffler to avoid blowing into the back of the bumper caused clearance issues and put the rubber hangers at strange angles. My solution was to bend the hanger closest to the tailpipe. More work than I was looking for, but less than taking the whole thing...
