If you don't mind the small bevel, I'd say do the stipes first then the ppf... but if you get tired of the graphics you'll have to remove the ppf to get rid of them. So, this is your choice and both options work! That being said, these graphics will look awesome, I'm sure of it! :)
You do not need to wax PPF. PPF is engineered to make your life easier when it comes to maintenance. That said, you CAN wax or ceramic coat PPF. If you don't wash your vehicle often or just want to make it even easier to clean, then a ceramic coating is a good way to go. Especially with a...
We're going to have to wait until we can get our hands on one to really see what it will look like on that color. We have seen a lot of people go STEALTH on Nardo Grey with Audi, BMW, which is similar to the Chalk (Porsche) we posted earlier in this thread. Here are some other shots we found of...
Shotsy,
Excellent question. When thinking about a wrap, typically the word wrap is related to vinyl which is a completely different type of plastic made for different things. For example, if you wanted a full-color change, stripes, numbers, decals, or graphics on your Bronco, those are used...
I wouldn't say that's too odd, we've heard that a time or two. Carbonized Grey will look good, no doubt about that. The darker greys always look very good. The lighter silvers sometimes don't show enough difference versus the gloss so on Iconic Silver, it may not give you as much of a contrast...
That's a great question. Yes, if you get a metallic or pearl-like paint, that pearl and metallic flake will still shine through the STEALTH PPF. I think the cactus grey in STEALTH would look amazing actually. Yes, there may not be much flake, but it will be super unique and again the STEALTH...
ATLBronco75,
We like where your head's at. As avid auto enthusiasts, we're extremely excited for the return of the Bronco and as soon as we saw the available colors, we knew that it would be a perfect vehicle for a STEALTH application. STEALTH will hug all of the body lines and really give the...
You're welcome, we're happy to help.
That's a good question and I can see where you're coming from but typically when we go over vinyl it's not on the edge of a body panel where peeling would be an issue. If the PPF stopped just after the vinyl and the edge wasn't wrapped around anything, then...
Excellent question. For vinyl, you typically have 2 options.
1. Put the PPF over the top of the vinyl. This protects it as vinyl doesn't generally last a long time. This can add an air channel where the PPF steps from vinyl to paint. This line isn't really visible on lighter colors though. If...
Fronc,
After seeing a ton of STEALTH wraps, which to be fair, STEALTH makes any color look amazing. The way that STEALTH hugs all of the body lines and contours is really something special. I think that Area 51 is such a unique color that will really stand out even more in STEALTH. The Cactus...
chtucker,
While we can't speak to Dynoshield, what we can say is that XPEL had the very first self-healing and non-yellowing film on the market back in 2011. Since then, we have increased the gloss, clarity, durability, and stain resistance of our PPF. On top of that, we offer the greatest...
Hello all,
Like you, we are incredibly excited about the new Bronco launch on Monday! As the F-Series is one of the most popular models we protect globally, we're surely going to be protecting a ton of Broncos. When it comes to paint protection, you've got a couple of options. But it's very...
