I had an '05 explorer for years and would feel weird calling it a truck. My definition of truck centered around a pickup truck with a bed.

Are there any factors other than build configuration that may affect wait time?
I.e. Dealerships make money in financing their vehicles as opposed to when people pay cash. Could that influence them processing orders?
