Link above is where I got mine. I haven't installed/tested it yet as I'm waiting on the lights to come in, but I think its the right/same right one.
I'm not sure if I had the exact same issue, but sounds similar. It turned out I was trying to use the wrong nuts on those carriage bolts. There are 4 nuts that come loose in the hardware pack that I tried to use on the carriage bolts, turns out they're to replace the factory nuts on the...

A smaller version of the manager would be nice. I’m putting in a 60% seat delete (plans have changed since earlier in this thread :)), so there’s be room for the manager30 there if I coughed up the cash to go that route. No way would that thing fit under the floor in the cargo area.
I'm leaning towards the Victron smart shunt as well. I'd love to put in a RedArc manager30 instead of the BCDC to get SOC monitoring and the ability to charge from AC if at a powered campsite, but the price jump may kill that idea.
Speaking of using something other than the "big red disconnect" switch from Blue Sea; i was thinking about using something like this. Would still need a separate fuse but would let me turn the feed from the vehicle battery on/off with one of the built-in aux switches...

i'd also suggest opening a notes document on your phone, then pasting in the phone number for the RR you're calling followed by the options for the automated menu, followed by whatever you need to enter for the letters/numbers for your railcar. You can use commas to insert a 2 second pause...
