I run 93 all the time, I'm still sitting at 19 combined which is mainly back roads with some highway. If I lost some it would still be worth it for the driveability improvements.
You wouldn't think by the numbers it's a big deal but on my 2 door Black Diamond manual, this was the best money I have spent so far. It absolutely scoots, and the Rev matching is SO nice on the manual when off-road, it makes it easy to get down that 2-1 shift at slower speeds. It feels more...

I also have this noise on my 22 Black diamond manual. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but that's the exact way I can describe it. I have always used 93 so I don't know what it could be.
Thanks for the update. I'm leaning towards that as well. I do have a distinct metallic hum under the Bronco that I believe is exhaust related but if the rattle is normal I'll live with it lol.
What is the Rev Match downshifting on the MT? Does that mean it will blip the throttle automatically instead of me using my foot when decelerating?
Can you order this through lethal and install it yourself or do you have to take it to the dealer?
Im waiting for a catted downpipe also. Im sure there isnt a rush to produce them since you cant even tune to take advantage of them right now. I dont believe the piggy-back units can account for any additional parts.
I made an account just to respond to this thread as I'm having the same issue unfortunately.
It's VERY loud at startup almost like there is a huge exhaust leak but I've layed underneath while someone starts it and felt all around the exhaust with no luck.
It almost sounds like the direct...
