If you look again you will see that it's the same piece of leather, both blue circles are on the same piece, there is just stitching between them. Anyway case is close Ford fixed it. Now I can damage the seats myself.
Ford public relations contacted me after reading this post and they agreed to fix it, going public helps. A special thanks to the haters, I couldn't have done it without you, every comment counts.
Greetings
I was just reaching out informing you All the Information has been sent in from the...
They are not fixing it and that's my problem, they are only fixing the holes they drilled for no reason. They don't fix the leather issue.
I'm sure you wouldn't like to have a brand new car with holes drilled for no reason and a damaged seat or maybe you do.
its not glue or anything, its just a bad piece of leather unfortunately, I am just disappointed after waiting over 2 years, of course shit happens but then it should be fixed without discussion.
means nothing to Ford, I waited two years for this car and I would have loved it to be without faults. The funny thing is that Palm Springs Ford is fixing two holes now that they drilled in the grill to attach my license plate. completely useless
its def not a scratch otherwise it would be on both sides of the stitching, its just a piece of bad leather. I agree that the dealers are pissed but so am I, I own two Fords and have a 3rd one on order but I'll cancel it, GMC AT4 here I come.
Just got my Bronco Badlands and after 100 miles driving it I noticed the leather of the seat was damaged, went to the dealer and they told me that its not covered under warranty, I had a Mercedes and after 17 years the leather looked brand new.
