Same screw on both driver and passenger sides is rusty on mine too. There's several items under the car that get a little rusty, so I just take a rag and coat those spots with oil after oil changes.

Update, since I've traveled back and forth from San Antonio a few times now. Engine temps are better with ambient temperature up to around 75 degrees so far. On I-10 where speed limit gets up to 75 mph, my Bronco engine temps now stay under about 214 degrees. Here's a recent YouTube short...
