Before the Bronco with an inferior similar style vehicle I'd keep a bikini top incase of rain. It was quick and easy to install, took up little room, and kept at least the front section mostly dry. As for the dust, make sure to wear tight fitting sunglasses as the first few miles running 55 mph...
Here is the wiring in order to have the amber drls turn off when off road lights are turned on. Mistakenly swapped labels on 30 and 86 but with that minor change this will do the trick. Used switch 6, 5, 4 and 3.
So I went with direct to pillar, love the look. After looking at fog lights and kicking myself for getting the mod bumper I got a plan. Purchased the Rough Country kit with 6 off road cubes each with amber drls. I contacted them to see if they could send 4 off road light cubes with amber drls...
I'm considering doing so, we got the service plan because after adding it all up I couldn't do it for less and that's with my labor. Going to use the first oil change free on 1000 miles and let service plan pickup from there.
I look at it as the break in practices can't hurt and do as I've always done. Don't think a long road trip will be an issue just vary the throttle often as to not stay in one rpm. 4,000 rpm was what I've stayed under for first 1000 miles.
Ours was scheduled to build week of 10/10, got pushed to 10/17 then to 10/24. Build was finished 10/30 and shipped 11/4 with 11/14 to 11/20 estimated delivery to GA. It came into the dealer 11/14 and they had pre delivery inspection completed by noon the next day. While this point seems to go...
Exactly, does this illuminate the hood a lot and loose some of the lights capacity? Badlands have the lights on the mirror for up close so could focus outwards more, just don't want a lot of glare from the front end being lighted.
Thoughts on mounting square led light directly to the Bronco bolt without a bracket? If I'm only mounting one light on each side I don't see the need in a bracket. Plan to put some felt left over from splash guard to prevent scratching the plastic.
