The subwoofer ”rattle” or “buzz” is common. I’ve never fixed mine but have heard it can be done. Glitchy CarPlay is not uncommon. I often have to fiddle with how it connects (CarPlay or just standard bluetooth. These issues appear kind of “no big deal”. I’d be a lot more concerned with...
I have the issue. Often on the same freeway on ramp. Car not cold. Vehicle has 11k miles. On ramp accelerates uphill, then it crests and becomes flat at the time you consider accelerating to freeway speed, then “clunk”. It might only happen in all wheel drive mode, not sure yet. My first...
Well, for one thing, the deal you seemingly got on the Sasquatch base isn’t a relevant point. The only relevant point is what it is worth today versus a new badlands. By trading up you aren’t “giving up the original good deal”, you are capturing it in resale. The rest is obvious….do you want...
I’d call it bronco for sure, just like I’d call a wrangler a Jeep. But to call it a truck, like is often done on 6g, is simply wrong. I’d consider a truck to require at least being a HD pickup. Even an HD pickup is not actually a truck. I was once lectured decades ago that a pickup is a pickup...
I am curious why you are selling what appears to be a pretty nice set-up and looks really good on that Bronco. I'm eying that rack as well as your equipment (I live too far away to bid for any of yours). But I'd like to know why you are essentially selling what I might eventually buy. Thanks
4A actually engages the front much more often than expected. For example, simple acceleration on dry pavement. It always disengages on sharp turns and while going at constant speed in non-slippery conditions. So, I’d say it boils down to any concerns over any unnecessary wear and tear on the...
I live in SE Alaska, and 4A is simply awesome. The "set it and forget it" aspect is great. My pickup only as 4WD and I can't count the times I do a tight turn in a grippy parking lot and realize I forgot to get out of 4WD (winter). I didn't even know it existed in the Bronco until I took...
Same here. They have an indention that works with rock sliders. They were easy to install, and look pretty cool. The gap is kinda odd, but it does eliminate the look of continuation from fender flare. I do not intend to remove them for any rock crawling….I have a wildtrak after all.
Did the pocket fog lights from Diode Dynamics really require 4 of the switches!? Can it be done with less? I don’t have that many switches to spare (ditch Lights, reverse lights, future ideas)
I was looking for a second vehicle and had heard of the Bronco.....saw several driving around and thought THAT cute ute is what all the hype is about? Hard Pass.......I eventually realized there was something called the Bronco Sport that I was seeing. I would later see a full-size Bronco and...
As someone with th 4dr leather I do have rear armrest cup holders. But let me say that they completely suck. They are too shallow to be useful. I can’t imagine actually using them beyond highway driving, and anything tall would still tip over too easily in that situation.
I was rather enjoying my alarm that only lasted a few seconds. Definitely not getting that fixed. Often I am aware of the issue (no seatbelt), but I'm too busy getting underway and my news channel chosen to worry about a seatbelt in the first few moments. Also, seatbelt warnings are really...
Agreed. And for Gumpy........delta V is acceleration, which is force (g-force or whatever you want to call it). If the deceleration isn't quick enough then no need for airbags. OP did not say that his head hit the steering wheel.
