Me and a buddy did mine last Thursday. It took about 4 hours. The kit is well thought out and the instructions are very detailed. Another friend who works at a local dealer did the programming through FDRS. All in all it was a straight forward installation.
Those look great. I'm running 285/75/17 Falken RT's and the stock BD wheels are tucked in a bit too much. Those look like the perfect offset for that size
Here's mine. Found it on the lot at a local dealer on 12/22, picked it up that day. Best Christmas present ever! IAG EZ Steps, Fab Fours Stubby Bumper and Badland 12K winch, Sasquatch Bilstein take offs
Not sure why but General doesn't specify a minimum/maximum rim width on their specs pages. I would suspect you're fine with an 8.5 inch rim. Wildpeaks in that size recommend 7-8.5 inch rim
I picked up a set of the new hybrid Falken Wildpeak RT's, 285/75/17 load range C. The 35x11.50 also comes in a C range. Road noise is minimal and so far I like the handling on and off road.
Thanks for the replies. I assumed it was something here because I only see it when I'm on B6G. I never open anything I didn't search for, it's more of a nuisance than anything else.
I get these annoying pop ups (screenshot below) when I'm on the B6G site, whether I'm on my pc at home or at work. Doesn't happen with any other sites. I saw some older threads referencing this but they looked to be over a year old. Anyone else experiencing this?
That’s a great deal! We’re going in April and even with the discount it’s $309/night. Unfortunately we can only travel when school is on a break, kids are gone but my wife is a teacher.
That sucks. I've read a lot of dealer horror stories on FB Bronco forums. Sometimes good service is hard to find. I've owned several Super Duty's with 6.0 Power Strokes so I know how hard it is to find competent technicians.
