I've had a Bestop on my Jeep for years and those windows also scratch if you so much as look at them. I think it's just the nature of plastic windows and I'm not convinced that Bestop outperforms the OEM top in this regard in any meaningful way.
I just don't see any advantage to the Trektop...
There are two really similar looking wires, the correct one is gray and purple but there's another that is gray and brown? which almost tripped me up. I would double check.

I don't think the final preparation status is triggered until the dealer acknowledges the delivery so it would be strange if the tracker shows that but the vehicle is not there. Could be a bug or a mistake by Ford though.

Contacted Ford marketing this morning and they said it's no longer on chip hold! ETA shows 1/13-1/19 which makes no sense since it was supposedly still on chip hold as of late Friday. I'd love to see it by the 19th but I won't hold my breath.
